Greetings from 505 Main Street and Wareham Community Television.
Happy New Year!
2012 is upon us and we are looking forward to another great year-there's a lot going on here and we hope you'll be along for the ride.
You are invited to visit the WCTV Art Gallery during our business hours. Currently on display are paintings by Nicole Gabai, a Cape Cod resident and WCTV producer
of Area Code 508. Nicole's art is influenced by her experiences living in Lima, Miami, Paris and Cape Cod.
WCTV has been fortunate to have enjoyed a year of new equipment, new programming and, most of all, new members and staff.
Our members are important to us because they bring our community closer to WCTV and WCTV closer to our community.
In the coming months you'll be seeing more of our Production Van around Wareham as we produce new local programs, and more new local
programs as our members create new episodes of shows you've come to love on WCTV; watch for the new Your Daily Gumbo TV, Feel the Music,
Living Healthy, Naturally Healthy, Area Code 508, Spirit Connections and Phantom PI programs on Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon Channel 30.
New programs are also in the works for our Education Channels Comcast 97 and Verizon 28 as well. Look for our new and expanded line up of shows.
And moving into 2012, we'll continue to broadcast the Board of Selectmen's Meetings, the School Committee Meetings, the Town Administrator's Report,
Conversations with the Superintendent and the Town Meetings on Comcast 95 and Verizon 29, our Government Channels.
As always we want to hear from you, our subscribers and our members. Let us know what you'd like to see on WCTV, tell us what you like
and what you don't like. With your involvement, we'll continue to put the community into community television.
Happy New Year from the crew at WCTV.
Jay, Steve, Christian and Warren
